6 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 lb Carrots
1/2 Onion
2 Celery Stalks
Simmer above 4 ingredients until tender/crisp
Add 1 Cup frozen string beans (or zucchini, or kidney beans,
or...)
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp. Oregano, Basil, Minced garlic & Sugar
Simmer to let flavors blend.
Add about 1/2 lb. Cooked Sausage and
1 Cup Cooked Macaroni
Top with Parmesan Cheese
(This recipe is yummy using fresh tortellini in place of
macaroni)
